We offer financial assistance to emphasize the importance of having your dog evaluated by a veterinarian as soon as possible and setting up a heartworm treatment plan.
We thank FAN's network of partnering veterinarians who assist us by discounting heartworm treatment. We continue to add new partners to our network. Arrangements can be made with out of network veterinarians but savings will vary case by case.
